ATTACK!!!


When it hits, it hits hard and without warning. We’ve all experienced it—the snack attack.
Think twice before you grab that candy bar, bag of chips, or regular soda; all are loaded with empty calories. To get the most bang for your nutrition buck…select products that provide fiber, phytochemicals, healthy fats, and most importantly—taste great! Here are some suggestions:
  • Low-fat granola made with whole-grain cereals
  • Whole-wheat bread and peanut butter
  • Fresh or dried fruits with low-fat yogurt
  • Veggies and low-fat ranch dip
  • Whole-wheat pita points and hummus dip
