HOT MULLED CIDER
Hot Mulled Cider

Ingredients:

1 Quart Apple Cider
3/4 Cup Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Cinnamon Stick
Orange Peel from 1 Small Orange
5 Whole Cloves

Place Apple Cider, Orange Juice, and Lemon Juice in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.

Tie spices up in 3 layers of cheesecloth or in a clean white cloth to make a spice bag. Place spice bag in cider mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove spice bag and serve hot.
