HAM, MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD
50 (3 Oz.) Portions

1.5 Lb. Ham
6 Oz. Colby Cheese

Dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in large mixing bowl.

6 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
2 Tablespoon Minced White or Yellow Onions
3 Cups Sliced Celery
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Green Peas
3 Quarts Cooked Elbow Macaroni (1 3/4 Lb. before cooking)

Add to ham and cheese.

1/2 Cups Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
3 Tablespoons Gold Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

Blend. Pour over salad ingredients. Toss to coat. (Dressing should very lightly coat
ingredients.) Serve chilled.
