ROAST BEEF, CHEDDAR AND ZITI SALAD
8 Portions


6 Ounces Cooked Roast Beef
2 Ounces Colby Cheese

Dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in large mixing bowl.

2 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
1 1/2 Teaspoons Mature Onions, Minced
3/4 Cup Celery, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Coarsely Chopped
9 Ounces Cooked Ziti (3 Ounces Before Cooking)

Add to beef and Cheddar.

1/3 Cup Mayonnaise (or more as needed)
2 Teaspoons Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Salt

Blend. Pour over pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate until serving. Serve chilled.
