As unit director of Kramer Dining Center, HRIMD Instructor, and nutrition-education committee chair, Sheryl is always on the move. Sheryl can be spotted in Kramer dining rooms and production areas speaking with customers and staff. You may also find her instructing the Quantity Food Production Management students, and teaching and mentoring student dietitians. Sheryl is a registered dietitian and ServSafe instructor. Her expertise in food safety has helped our staff to better understand how to handle food safely to prevent food-borne illnesses. Even though she is always on the go, she welcomes phone calls, and is always happy to meet one-on-one with students to address comments and concerns. If you would rather write your comment, please fill out a purple comment card located in the dining room or comment by e-mail.
