Jardine Apartments Rates

Rates have been approved for 2012–2013. All costs are subject to change. Gas, water, trash and Internet are included. The apartment rate will be shared equally among the total number of residents.

In addition to the monthly rates, a refundable deposit of $400 is required at time of application along with a non-refundable application fee of $30.

A fee of $10 will be assessed to past due accounts.     

Off-Campus Meal Plan

Jardine residents are not required to purchase a dining center meal plan, but an off-campus meal plan (PDF) is available for those who wish to participate.
