RSVP Room Reservations

If you're a current resident, RSVP is your chance to obtain housing on campus in either the residence halls/Living Community (LC) at Jardine, Honors House, Smurthwaite or or Jardine Apartments for the 2015-2016 academic year.

These spaces are in high demand, so please read the below instructions closely to avoid missing out!

What You Should Know Before You Begin

This is a three-part process.

In order to secure your living space on campus, you must

  1. Apply
  2. RSVP a spot
  3. Complete the contract and provide the minimum $400 payment. Failure to pay the full amount of $400 by March 1 will result in forfeiture of the space for the 2015-2016 academic year.
An occupancy limit applies to the residence halls.

Please note that in order to meet increasing demand from incoming freshmen, an occupancy limit applies to the residence halls. If you've lived on the K-State campus for six or more semesters, you will be eligible for housing in either the Living Community at Jardine or Jardine Apartments. Please visit the occupancy limit page to learn more.

A fee will apply to Jardine Apartments residents who wish to transfer to another apartment.

New this year: There will be a $200 transfer fee per person for Jardine-to-Jardine transfers unless you've experienced a life event or a change in family status (marriage or childbirth/adoption). This event must have taken place between July 1, 2013 and Dec. 31, 2014.
