ResNet provides year-round support for over 5,000 students and staff in the residence halls, Jardine Apartments, and Housing and Dining Services. We provide basic computer and network support services to students and staff through phone, email, chat, and walk-in support. We support a wide range of hardware devices such as PDAs, printers, gaming devices, and computers.

We are looking for students with great communication and people skills that have a desire to learn and enhance their knowledge. Working at ResNet requires entry level technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Preference is given to undergraduate students with at least two semesters remaining before graduation who are MIS or Computer Science majors. Undergraduate students in other areas are encouraged to apply. Work study is not required. You must be a K-State student and able to work a minimum of 12 hours a week.
