Update on Conferences in 2022...
Kansas State University has policies in place regarding COVID-19, and for the protection of minors participating in programs. The first two pages of the Conference Planner 2022 have an introduction to these policies, as well as links to related web pages. Please follow all of the links on page i of the Planner, to be aware of all requirements for youth programs, and so all information is submitted in advance.
Sponsors of summer programs involving minors are required to register the program with the University Risk and Compliance Office, and to have approved adult supervisors in residence.
The Conference Planner, in PDF form, has clickable links (shown in bold purple) to all the information and documents on minors programs, as well as detailed information on our conference facilities, services, policies and rates.
