Jardine Summer Hybrid Extension
Residents with an active Jardine Hybrid Apartment agreement for spring and/or fall may request an agreement extension for the months of June and July per the terms and conditions listed below:
- The extension agreement is only for an extension to a current Jardine Hybrid Agreement(s). The 2023-2024 agreement ends on June 30, 2024. The 2024-2025 agreement begins on July 1, 2024. All terms and conditions previously accepted will apply.
- Rent will be charged in month or half-month increments. No daily or weekly rates are available.
- June rent (if applicable) will be billed to a student's University KSIS account and due as specified.
- July rent (if applicable) will be billed to a student's University KSIS account per the payment plan selected on the student's 2024-2025 agreement.
- Students who need to stay beyond June 30, 2024 must have 2024-2025 agreement.
- Jardine staff arrange times to clean any empty bedrooms in the Hybrid Apartments throughout the summer. Residents are requested to respond to the correspondence from Jardine staff in a timely manner and follow all recommended procedures. Failure to respond to this correspondence will result in an appointment being scheduled at the discretion and convenience of the Jardine staff.
If you have signed a summer extension contract, please come to the Jardine Office in the tower between May 15 and May 31 to have your key card updated. If you have questions about this process, please contact Housing and Dining Services for assistance.
