Graduate Hiring Timeline

The priority application deadline for the 2025-2026 academic year has passed. Any new applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis if there are graduate assistant positions open. To apply, please submit your resume, unofficial transcript and three references to hdshiring@k-state.edu .

If invited to interview with us, first round interviews will take place via Zoom during February. On-campus interview offers will follow shortly after.

On-campus visit and interview days are scheduled in two blocks and will occur Thursday, March 6 through Friday, March 7 and Monday, March 10 through Tuesday, March 11. These will be conducted in-person at the Manhattan, KS campus of K-State and candidates will be invited to attend just one on-campus visit.
