Dining Associate Director Selected as a Winner of Pacific Northwest Canned Pears Recipe Contest

June 15, 2023 – Camille Korenek, associate director for Dining Services has been selected as a winner of the Can Do recipe contest hosted by Pacific Northwest Canned Pears.

Korenek’s recipe consisted of pear marinated bulgogi, jasmine rice and a chilled cucumber, carrot and pear kimchi.

Winners were selected based on recipes that took an inventive approach to incorporating canned pears into their favorite recipes.
