Grazing Kansas Dinner

April 7, 2023 –Housing and Dining Services will be hosting a celebration of local Kansas foods with the Grazing Kansas dinner on Thursday, April 13.

Derby and Kramer dining centers work with campus food partners and local vendors throughout the year to provide award-winning meals. The Grazing Kansas dinner will be a celebration of those partners and vendors contribution of high-quality ingredients to our dining centers.

From Weber Hall beef to Call Hall dairy this meal is not something you will want to miss. The menu includes KS beef and bison burger, Weber Hall WildKat bratwurst, sorghum pilaf with calabacita, mac & cheese, roasted asparagus, purple sweet potato hummus, s’mores cheesecake and more!

Grazing Kansas is open to all meal plan holders. Those without a meal plan can purchase an all-you-care-to-eat meal for the cash price of $16. Tickets will be available for purchase, cash only, in the Derby and Kramer offices, until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12.
