Housing and Dining Services Seeks Move-in Volunteers
July 31, 2024 - Housing and Dining Services is seeking Welcome Cat volunteers to assist with residence hall move-in.
Groups and individuals will need to check-in upon arrival. Location of check-in will be shared with you in an e-mail a day or two prior. Volunteers are needed for Saturday Aug. 10, Sunday Aug. 11 and Wednesday Aug. 14.
All may advertise their organization by wearing pins, stickers, various clothing items, etc. We ask all volunteers not to pass-out information or hand-outs to students on move-in day. If you have any questions, please contact Housing and Dining Services by emailing hdsmoves@ksu.edu.
Please have each individual of your group or organization sign up. There is not an option to sign up an entire group. We will strive to keep each individual that is a part of a larger group or organization together when assigning them to a specific hall.
Additionally, it will be a hot day, so please bring water/ a water bottle to refill at a water fountain while volunteering.
