Mary joined the department in 1973 as an administrative dietitian/assistant unit manager at Derby Dining Center and assistant instructor for the Hotel, Restaurant, Institution Management and Dietetics program. She has also served as administrative dietitian/unit manager at Kramer Dining Center, director of Derby Dining Center, and her current role as associate director of the department and assistant professor of food, nutrition, dietetics and health.
Mary is a recipient of the prestigious International Foodservice Manufacturers Association Gold Plate Award.

Camille began her career at K-State in 1989, and has served as service and sanitation manager at Kramer Dining Center, assistant unit director at Derby Dining Center, unit director at Van Zile Dining Center and is an Assistant Director, Dining over Derby Dining Center.

Melissa joined the department in 2001 as a production and special projects dietitian. Now the unit director at Kramer Dining Center, she directs special projects, acts as dining liaison for the Web team and marketing division, and serves on the Nutrition Awareness Committee.
Melissa also teaches the Quantity Food Production Management course, both on campus and online. K-State's annual culinary enhancement workshop is coordinated by Melissa, as was Jardine Marketplace's LEED Gold certification.
