Mary Molt, Ph.D., R.D., L.D.
Associate Director, Assistant Professor: Food, Nutrition, Dietetics and Health
Mary joined the department in 1973 as an administrative dietitian/assistant unit manager at Derby Dining Center and assistant instructor for the Hotel, Restaurant, Institution Management and Dietetics program. She has also served as administrative dietitian/unit manager at Kramer Dining Center, director of Derby Dining Center, and her current role as associate director of the department and assistant professor of food, nutrition, dietetics and health.
Mary is a recipient of the prestigious International Foodservice Manufacturers Association Gold Plate Award.
