Stef works with students in the Kramer and Jardine communities. Prior to her work in the Office of Student Life, Stef worked as a Crisis Case Manager in a Crisis Stabilization Unit for mental health and also has a strong background in healthcare. Stef attended Fort Hays State University for her undergraduate experience.

Her professional interests include crisis management, inclusivity, and providing support. Her favorite quote is, “The way to achieve your own success is to be willing to help somebody else get it first." — Iyanla Vanzant

Anahi Rodriguez is a Case Manager at Kansas State University, working with students in the Derby and Strong communities. She has a background in mental health, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and across the lifespan. Her prior experience includes working as a Youth Support Specialist in a nonprofit organization and providing in-home treatment for families through the Family-Centered Treatment (FCT) Program. She attended K-State for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is deeply committed to supporting students and strives to be a positive source of encouragement as they navigate challenges. She values creating a space where students feel seen, supported, and not alone. One of her favorite quotes is: Like trees, we are not meant to be rushed--only to grow, in our own time, into something beautiful.
