Traditional Apartments

if the kitchen sink is plugged and the water is not draining, call the RA on duty immediately, then call maintenance. Please stop running any water and let your neighbors above/below also to stop running water in the kitchen sink and check if their sink is plugged too.

Pest Control

Once a month, pest control will enter your apartment to inspect the fire extinguisher and quickly glance to see if there are any bug infestations. The pest control schedule can be found here.

Things That Cannot Go Down the Kitchen Sink:
  • Grease
  • Oil
  • Food
Things That CAN Go Down the Toilet:
  • Toilet paper
Things That Specifically Should NOT Be Disposed of Down the Toilet:

  • Wipes
  • Q-tips
  • Feminine hygiene products or their wrappers
  • Plastic bags
  • Kleenex or other facial tissues

If it's not toilet paper, do not dispose of it down the toilet.
