Hybrid Furnished Apartments Rates
All costs are subject to change. Utilities included are electricity, water, gas, sewer, trash and internet. Units contain full-size appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Rent by the bedroom. Bedroom and living room furniture are provided. Meal plan is available and optional. Wireless internet is provided, as are data and cable ports in the bedrooms and living room.
2024-2025 Hybrid Apartments Monthly Rates
2025-2026 will be set in November 2024 and will be subject to KBOR approval.

In addition to the monthly rates, a refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of agreement, as well as a yearly non-refundable application fee of $30 for each application from which a sum not to exceed $25 may be deducted as a recreational and social fee. The deposit is due with the apartment agreement.
The apartment rate will be shared equally among the total number of residents. Rent payment is due based on the payment plan each resident selects, either by the semester or monthly through KSIS. Refer to your Jardine Agreement for details.
Students provide linens, dishes and phone services, if needed.
