Residence Hall Tours

Residence hall tours are not available Friday, May 10 through Friday, June 28. Residence hall tours are a scheduled, optional activity during Orientation days allowing students attending in-person Orientation this summer to have the opportunity to visit their selected residence hall.

Due to Move-In, residence hall tours will not be available Thursday, Aug. 1 through Friday, Aug. 23.

Drop-In Residence Hall Tours

Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays: 1 to 4:30 p.m.
Tours of Ford, Haymaker, Moore, West, Smurthwaite, Putnam and Van Zile Halls begin from the Derby Community front desk located on the first floor of Derby Dining Center at 1324 Old Claflin Rd, Manhattan, KS 66506.
Tours of Marlatt, Goodnow and Wefald Halls begin from the Kramer Community front desk located at 1835 Claflin Rd, Manhattan, KS 66506.

Pre-Scheduled Residence Hall Tours

Individual or small group tours can be scheduled outside the drop-in residence hall tour days and times. Pre-scheduled tours must be requested at least 5 business days prior to the desired tour date.

Scheduled tours are only available this summer July 1-31. They can be scheduled 10 a.m. to noon on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays or 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

NOTE: We may be able to accommodate tour requests within 5 business days, but they will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
