National Residence Hall Honorary
What is the National Residence Hall Honorary?
The NRHH is the only national student honorary that recognizes the top 1 percent of students living on campus who have contributed outstanding service and leadership in the residence hall, while also excelling at academics. The Little Apple Chapter of NRHH holds regular meetings in addition to special events and community service activities.
The opportunities to be involved are nearly endless in our organization. Whether your passion is recognition, community service, or planning large events, there is something for each of our members!
Congratulations to our 2021 Award Winners!
The Little Apple Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary was unable to hold its annual leadership reception in-person this spring, but the organization did virtually recognize residents of on-campus communities for their outstanding work over the past year.
How Can I Get Involved?
Anyone is welcome to participate in our recognition programs! We actively encourage both members and non-members to submit Of The Month (OTM) nominations.
Apply for NRHH
Applications to join NRHH are available year round. If you're interested in joining an organization that promotes leadership development, recognition and service, we encourage you to apply! All applicants must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and have lived on campus for at least one semester (including the current semester).
After submitting an application, a committee of NRHH members will review the application and determine whether to offer the applicant an interview. After the interview, the committee will make a recommendation to the full chapter regarding induction into the organization.
Applications are accepted year round. To be considered for spring induction, applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 9. Spring inductions will take place on Wednesday, April 28.
