Housing and dining services announces residence hall occupancy limit
Nov. 27, 2012 — Beginning with the 2013-14 academic year, students who have lived or have been eligible to live on K-State’s campus for six or more semesters — as of spring 2013 — will be unable to preference a space in the university’s residence halls. These students will remain eligible for two other on-campus living options.

February 24, 2012 — A Kansas State University staff member has been selected to receive one of the food service industry's most prestigious honors.
Mary Molt, assistant director of housing and dining services, has been named a recipient of a 2012 Silver Plate Award from the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, or IFMA.
University launches bus route to serve students, faculty staff
January 23, 2012 — Kansas State University and the Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency have partnered to create a campus bus route.
