The Bakery at Derby Dining Center Reopens

March 22, 2021 — The Bakery at Derby Dining Center is scheduled to reopen for the spring semester at 9 a.m. Monday, March 22, following a year-long renovation of the building. The Bakery will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

While the location will feature a new menu and customer service counter, customers will see the return of The Bakery’s popular online ordering form and free delivery to the residence halls and Jardine Apartments community. Treats for meetings and events both on and off campus will once again be available for pickup.

On the new menu are The Bakery’s famous cinnamon rolls, scones, brownies, muffins, Rice Krispies treats, decorated sugar cookies, gourmet monster cookies, gourmet chocolate chunk cookies, loaves of bread and beverages, along with variety bags.
