Jardine Apartments Rates

All costs are subject to Board of Regents approval. Water, gas, sewer, trash and Internet are included. Except for Hybrid apartments, Jardine apartments are unfurnished, and tenants are responsible for their electricity and phone. The deposit is due with the apartment agreement. The apartment rate will be shared equally among the total number of residents. Rent payment is due based on the payment plan each resident selects, either by the semester or monthly through KSIS. Refer to your Jardine Agreement for details.

Meal plans at the two on-campus dining centers and/or Dining Dollars are available to Jardine Apartments residents.

In addition to the monthly rates, a refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of agreement, as well as a yearly non-refundable application fee of $30 for each application from which a sum not to exceed $25 may be deducted as a recreational and social fee. Students provide linens, dishes, telephone and electricity.
