Meeting and Event Spaces — The Tower
Overview
The Tower has three event spaces available, including the East PARC Conference Room, the Executive Conference Room and the fourth and fifth floors. Upper-level floors are accessible via two staircases and an elevator. The entirety of The Tower can be reserved for a single event. These spaces are available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Special requests for after-hour events will be considered on an individual basis for an additional fee.
East PARC Conference Room
Located on the first floor of the Jardine Tower, this space is great for meetings, conferences and retreats for up to 30 guests. This room has large windows and plenty of natural light.

Executive Boardroom
An ideal location for a board meeting or retreat for up to 16 participants. Several windows provide plenty of natural light. Restrooms are located on the first and fourth floors.

Fourth and Fifth Floors
A great space for a reception or small meetings for up to 20 people. These two spaces are connected by an open stairway, and large windows allow for a panoramic view of campus and the surrounding areas. The space includes a small butler's pantry and beverage station, as well as restrooms on the fourth floor.
