Choose Your Experience: Live in a Hybrid Apartment at Jardine
On-campus housing options at K-State now include the Hybrid Apartments. This model allows you to live in one of our two-, three- or four-bedroom Jardine apartments, but to rent by the room as an individual.
- Room is furnished (bed, dresser, desk and living room furniture)
- Included utilities: water, gas, trash, electricity and internet
- No need to confirm roommates.
- Every resident signs a continuous 10-month individual (rent by the bed) agreement beginning
- Aug. 1 and ending May 31.
- Meal plan is optional.
- Located just steps away from the Rec Center and sports complex
Current Jardine residents: Your Jardine agreement is good through May 31. All residents who wish to renew their agreement must complete the process below.
What do you want to do for next year?
- Complete the application and pay the $30 application fee anytime between now and Feb. 1.
- Reserve your apartment in the Resident Portal anytime between 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, and 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1.
- Complete the Jardine Agreement within 24 hours of selecting your apartment.

Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 15 until Thursday, March 31, returning students can start reserving a new room in the Resident Portal. Your specific selection start time is determined by the number of semesters that you have lived on campus with Housing and Dining Services.
- 6+ semesters: 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15
- 4+ semesters: 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16
- 2+ semesters: 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17
- Open call: Tuesday, 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18
- Complete the Jardine Agreement and pay the $400 deposit within 24 hours of selecting your space. If you have questions or concerns about this payment, please contact the Housing and Dining Services office for assistance.
- You can still enter the Portal and select a space anytime between the above dates and March 31. You'll simply be selecting among a larger group of students.

Need a Roommate?
K-State Housing and Dining Services is pleased to partner with RoomSync to provide a roommate matching program for on-campus K-State students. RoomSync allows users to create a profile, then search for roommates until they find the right match.
Stay protected. K-State will never ask for your password in an email. Any email that asks for your password is a scam. Delete it, even if it's from a K-State email address. Also, don't click on links in an email that you are not expecting.
