Graduate students and families are given priority for traditional apartments.
Traditional-style apartments contain tile floors throughout.
Units are cooled by a window air conditioner, and heated by gas during cold weather.
Free wireless internet is included; units are wired for internet and cable in living room.
Apartment-size appliances are included, such as refrigerator, stove and oven.
Residents have access to an on-site, card-operated laundry facility.
