Jardine Apartments Checklist

Step 1: Complete Online Application

• Spring Jardine applications are available starting September 15 each year
• Academic year Jardine applications are available starting September 15 each year
• Submit $30 non-refundable fee

Step 2: Receive or select a specific apartment assignment

• For occupancy during the following academic year, select an apartment in our online Resident Portal during the Choose Your Experience process beginning March 1
  • If applying after mid-summer, apartment assignments are made through housing staff
  • If applying after the start of the fall semester or for move-in starting the spring semester, assignments are made through housing staff

Step 3: Sign an Agreement for a specific apartment in Resident Portal

Accept: Sign Jardine Agreement and pay $400 deposit

Decline: Application is canceled; no apartment is secured

• Residents have the option of purchasing a meal plan for the added convenience of dining on campus. Plans include an All-Access plan or 50 or 100 meals per semester and the new Dining Dollars option
  • Meal plans can be purchased starting June 1 for the upcoming semester(s)
